NCT-3701 is an automatic taping device that performs electrical characteristic tests on chip components supplied from a parts feeder, automatically ejects defective products, aligns only good products by polarity, centers them, inserts them into carrier tape, conducts image inspection of the work in the carrier tape, and performs heat sealing. It is compatible with TopView, SideView, and Lens type LEDs. Additionally, it features an 8-inch touch panel that allows for flexible programming input for taping specifications.
